RealFix-AI Terms of Service

1. Acceptance. By using RealFix-AI you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service. RealFix-AI is a diagnostic reasoning platform for automotive, heavy-duty, and RV repair professionals. It produces AI-assisted analysis based on the information you submit and on authoritative public data sources where available.

3. Third-party AI and cloud providers. RealFix-AI may use third-party artificial-intelligence and cloud-service providers, including OpenAI where applicable, along with other model, hosting, database, email, and payment providers, to process information and generate diagnostic assistance. RealFix-AI remains solely responsible to you for the customer-facing service.

4. AI output is advisory - verification required. All diagnostic output is AI-assisted reasoning intended to support, not replace, a qualified technician. AI-generated diagnostic information must be verified by a qualified technician against authoritative OEM service information before any repair is performed.

5. Professional and lawful use. You agree to use RealFix-AI only for lawful professional diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work. You will not use it to defeat emissions controls, disable safety systems, roll back odometers, clone VINs or keys, defeat immobilizers on vehicles you do not own, commit warranty or insurance fraud, or perform any procedure that endangers people, property, or the environment.

6. Accounts and subscriptions. You are responsible for the security of your account. Paid tiers include monthly diagnostic-case allowances and hourly rate limits that are enforced server-side.

7. Intellectual property. The RealFix-AI name, logo, tagline, interface, and underlying knowledge system are owned by RealFix-AI. You retain ownership of the diagnostic inputs you submit and grant us a license to process them to operate the service.

8. Disclaimer of warranties. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RealFix-AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for repairs, damages, or injuries resulting from acting on AI output that was not first verified by a qualified technician.

10. Termination. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or for conduct that risks harm to users, vehicles, or the service.

11. Changes. We may update these terms. Material changes are recorded in the legal document registry and may require renewed acceptance.

12. Referral program. RealFix-AI may offer a referral program that issues bonus diagnostic cases when an existing subscriber refers a new paying subscriber, subject to the published referral terms.
